Listed building consent: when do you need it and how do you get it?05/10/17

This seminar will explore listed building consent requirements, procedures in achieving them, through the use of RIBA Plan of Work 2013. Since carrying out work to a listed building without consent is technically a criminal offence, it is important to have a good understanding of what does and what does not require consent.

The seminar will include a workshop on how to use Heritage Gateway to identify heritage assets near your site, and what to do with that information.
