Better for Balance is the follow up to our successful 2018 International Women’s Day conference, Press for Progress.
Delegates will hear from senior construction professionals about how they can initiate or support change in their organisations, meet other people with the same aspirations and hear from companies already working on their diversity strategies.
Everyone has a part to play in creating change, so we need men and women to join us to hear about the benefits a gender balanced workforce brings to teams and ultimately companies.
Breakfast and refreshments will be served.
